Experience
Assisted a federal and state NMTC investor with investments supporting the construction, equipping and operation of an auto part manufacturing facility in a highly-distressed area of Mississippi.
Assisted a federal NMTC investor with respect to an investment financing the construction and operation of charter high school in Wisconsin.
Assisted a community development entity with respect to an investment in the construction and equipping of a work force training facility in Kansas City.
Represented a food bank in connection with the NMTC financing of its expanded operations on Colorado’s Western Slope.
